KANSANSHI DYNAMOS PUT 3 PAST TRIDENT FC IN THRILLING DERBY!

Kansanshi Dynamos sent a clear message to local opponents Trident FC in an
exciting FQM derby played at Independence Stadium this afternoon. Under
the guidance of coach Zeddy Saileti, the Mabanga Boys triumphed over the
Kalumbila-based team with a commanding 3-1 victory, securing all three
points.


The match kicked off with high intensity, and Kansanshi Dynamos took the lead
in the 28th minute. Ackson Ndalama scored his first goal for Kansanshi, finishing
off a cross from Joseph Chomba that deflected off an opponent player.
However, the excitement continued when Trident FC equalized just three
minutes later, as Gilbert Ntetani found the back of the net in the 31st minute,
making it 1-1.


The second half saw Kansanshi Dynamos regain their lead in the 48th minute.
Marcel Kalonda, motivated by his first-ever goal, scored with a beautifully
executed header from a well-placed pass by Mathews Mwale.
In the 61st minute, Dalitso Lungu added the third goal for Kansanshi, netting his
third of the season after capitalizing on a rebound.


Coach Saileti made his first substitution in the 76th minute, bringing on Dave
Daka for Dalitso Lungu and Tranquilin Mwepe for Ackson Ndalama.
In a tense moment in the 84th minute, Titus Chivunga attempted a risky square
pass that fell to an opponent, but Thomas Tembo reacted quickly to regain
control and avert danger.


As the match progressed, Dave Daka showcased his skills, creating a chance
for himself in the 86th minute, but his shot lacked the power needed for a goal,
allowing the keeper to make an easy save.


With the score at Kansanshi Dynamos FC 3, Trident FC 1, the game entered
three minutes of added time as the home side enjoyed possession, thrilling the
home fans.


In the dying moments of the match, Coach Saileti made his final substitutions,
bringing Mathews Mwale off for Julius Mwanza and Kizito Kezeron off for Justin
Kangombe.


The final whistle confirmed a resounding victory for Kansanshi Dynamos FC: 3
1 against Trident FC.


With today’s victory, the Mabanga Boys have moved their points tally to 13,
firmly holding onto second place in the National Division One standings as they
prepare for their next match against Aguila Stars.
