Key Responsibilities:
– Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and officials about training schedules and club functions.
– Liaison Role: Act as the primary liaison between the club and the team, ensuring smooth communication and operations.
– Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks, including documentation of issues and submission of match reports.
– Logistics Management: Organize training sessions and match logistics, including travel arrangements and equipment management.
– Standards and Conduct: Work with the head coach to set and maintain team standards regarding dress code, behavior, and expectations.
– Support and Care: Manage the club camp house and equipment.
– Pre-Season & Match Day Duties: Prepare and distribute training itineraries, organize practice gear, and ensure smooth match day operations including team sheets and post-match reports.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in sports management or a similar role.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
– Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
– Knowledge of football rules and regulations is a plus.
– Diploma in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field is added advantage.
Accountability and Relationships:
Report to the General Secretary, Executive Committee, and the head coach; support the coach, executive committee, and other staff, and liaise with players and club supporters.
